Shipping policy

All orders will be packed from our store at 54 George St, Moonta, SA 5558

Large, bulky or heavy items can be purchased online with local delivery to Moonta/Bay, Port Hughes, Kadina, Wallaroo & Maitland - or pick up from store. 

Standard Shipping: 3-8 Business days - $10.95 (depending on receiver’s location)

Express Shipping: 2-4 Business days - $19.95 (depending on receiver’s location)

Pick up: Free – you will receive an email or text when order is ready to collect, please collect within 14 days. 

Order Processing: Orders will be processed Monday – Friday (excluding long weekends). Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been lodged with AusPost, you will receive an email or text with your tracking number. Follow your package via the AusPost website or App 

Lost or Damaged Order: Please note we will not be held responsible for lost in transit orders. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. 

Other: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-sent due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
